BFGoodrich was once an American manufacturer of tires. At first, part of
the Goodrich Corporation, it was bought in 1990 (along with Uniroyal,
which was The Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company) by the French tire
producer Michelin. Before the buyout, BFGoodrich was the first American
tire producer to offer radial tires. It made tires for the Winton car.
